Enroll Now for Empowering Parents Conference
Grand Rapids - Children don't come with a guidebook, so we created the next, best thing - a conference to empower parents of children.
Empowering Parents 2023 is coming up on Saturday, Sept. 9 at Kent ISD, 2930 Knapp St. NE from 8 a.m. to Noon. The conference is free, but registration is required.
The conference will consist of various seminars covering topics for parents of children from prenatal to 5 years old. Topics will include behavior issues, school readiness, communication, picky eating and self-care for parents and caregivers. Educational materials will be available to take home, as well as other giveaways from community resources.
